Hello,

Due to the big amount of users sending comments to friends all the time on iOrbix, we are currently storing millions of comments in our database. We are very happy that we have loyal users on iOrbix, but, in order for us to be able to keep supporting all these comments and provide the best service to our users, we had to make a few changes in the site and database.

First, I want to apologize to our members that were sad for having all their comments deleted without any notice. In fact, they were never deleted, they were just moved into other place. Please be sure that one our first priorities is to never lose our contents!
This is why we are constantly improving our servers and database, while we learn how to support all the users we have. We are always happy to improve iOrbix and make everyone feel good here.

Anyway, the good news are, you can access your old comments by accessing your Comments page and click "Comments Archive".
Or just click here: http://iorbix.com/profile-comments-archived.php

This archive contains old comments on your profile and can only be viewed by you.
This is just a temporary move, and we plan in the future to join all the comments again, as it was before.

We hope you understand this and we are sorry for any inconvenience this move may have caused.
Please share your feelings here or ask any further questions.
Thank you very much,
-iOrbix Team

I didn't understand something, that you told me already:

"This is just a temporary move, and we plan in the future to join all the comments again, as it was before."

The questions are:
Where to join all comments again? (to all list of comments [visible for public], somehow?)

If so,
Why? :)

That sentence means that we plan to remove the Comments Archive in the future, joining all the old comments with the new comments, just as it was some days ago.

Why?
You written above, in post, that we don't support millions of comments.

Will you buy new resources, to coupling them again?

We do support the comments, once we optimize the things, as we did. At the moment, we support all the comments, the way they are now.

We don't know the future. When we say "we plan", we mean that we want to do this in the future, when possible.

I think that I understand.

"This is just a temporary move, and we plan in the future to join all the comments again, as it was before."

We'll have to wait then, because we can only see the comments others sent to us, we can't see our own comments, by example.
Anyways, I know you guys are working really hard to make things better on iOrbix, at least we can try to talk with our friends and put back all together in case things get too long to be as it was once before. (Y)

Hello Michael,

I inspected the "Comments Arhive", and you are right, we can't see the whole conversations anymore.
I'll talk with Nuno about that.

Thank you, :)
Criss

@Yᴜᴜᴋi Cʀᴏss and @Michael Myers:

I understand you, and I agree that it is bad that the archived comments are not included in Sent Comments and Conversations.

As I said, this is just temporary, and when we join all the comments again, the "Sent Comments" and "Conversations" will automatically be fixed.

Thank you for understanding us, and this is the only way we can keep your comments for now.

I perfectly understood now :)

Thanks bro!
